It is exhausting to feel stuck in your head, constantly overthinking, second guessing, or pushing yourself to keep it all together. Maybe you have been quietly struggling with a negative body image, chaotic and disordered eating habits, or believing that once you hit a certain goal you will finally feel the way you want to. Or perhaps you are navigating life with ADHD or anxiety, feeling like you are somehow both too much and not enough at the same time. You may have told yourself to just push through, but deep down you know something still is not working. You are tired of the spiral, and you are ready for something different, something more grounding, more sustainable, something that actually helps.
I understand this from both personal and professional experience. My own mental health journey and a deep belief in human resilience are what drew me to become a therapist. I know what it is like to sit in the client’s chair, to experience therapy that feels supportive and healing, and also therapy that does not feel like the right fit. That is why I place so much value on the therapeutic relationship. It is not just a part of the process, it is the foundation for meaningful healing and growth.
Therapy with me is not about passively nodding along. It is about connection, strategy, and real change. My approach is warm, collaborative, and gently direct. I will meet you where you are and offer tools and insights you can carry into daily life, because I believe the true magic of therapy often happens outside of our sessions. You do not need to have anything figured out to begin, just come as you are, and we will take it from there together.
I specialize in working with individuals navigating ADHD, eating disorders, and OCD, and I also have experience supporting those living with depression, anxiety, and relationship struggles. Many of the people I work with feel stuck in cycles of perfectionism, people pleasing, or disconnection from themselves and others. In therapy, we’ll explore tools and insights that help with emotional regulation, self compassion, communication, identity, and boundaries so you can feel more grounded, more confident, and more connected in your life and relationships.
