I specialize in working with neurodivergent individuals, especially those living with ADHD, disordered eating, struggles with body image, anxiety, or histories of perfectionism and people pleasing. Together, we’ll explore emotional regulation, self compassion, communication, identity, and boundaries—so you can feel more connected to yourself and others.
